Born on November 1, 1968, I graduated from Hosei University Faculty of Engineering.

A book I read when I was 20 years old determined how I would live my life. This is an “independent way of life” that I continue to practice today.

After graduating from university, I learned programming in the C language at a software-related venture company, which I am currently using in my present business.

Following that, in my 20s, I explored various industries and job opportunities in pursuit of an independent way of living. In 2000, when the Internet began to spread worldwide, I founded a web system development company at the age of 30. In 2008, we introduced a versatile reservation management internet system as our own product. At that time, it was the first reservation management system in Japan to support multiple industries, and it received an enthusiastic response. Today, we maintain our position as the leading online reservation management system company in Japan, contributing to society.

Since my 20s, I have always had an interest in foreign countries, particularly emerging nations, and have visited most countries in Southeast Asia. We have invested in land in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Cambodia, anticipating the future development of each country. Japan has a deep historical connection with Bangladesh, and the collective energy of many Bangladeshis serves as a source of economic development for the country. Consequently, we have a particularly strong interest and expectation in the future growth of Bangladesh.

Furthermore, thus far, I have worked as an entrepreneur with the goal of personal growth and asset building. However, in my future life, I plan to transition into the role of an investor, utilizing the assets I have accumulated to contribute meaningfully to the future of the Earth and the world. I intend to relocate to a specific location and lead a life that aligns with my values.

Usha Ranjan Das

Managing Director & CEO

Mr. Usha Ranjan, a distinguished figure in Hamamatsu, Japan, boasts nearly two decades of experience as a former United Nations Eiken Interviewer and English educator. Graduating from Shizuoka University’s Graduate School of Engineering, he initially pursued a career as an English conversation instructor, sparking his passion for language education. His professional journey led him through Singapore for further academic endeavors before settling in Japan as an engineer.

In 2001, Mr. Usha Ranjan took a bold entrepreneurial step by establishing Usha English House, aimed at enhancing English language proficiency and personal development. His unwavering dedication led to the formal incorporation of Usha English House in 2016, providing a platform for individuals to excel.

While acclaimed for his expertise in teaching English conversation, Mr. Usha Ranjan’s contributions extend beyond the classroom. Actively engaged in overseas expansion consulting and delivering insightful lectures, he earned a master’s degree from Shizuoka University Graduate School, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and global perspectives.

Driven by a deep connection with Japan, Mr. Usha Ranjan aims to address the discrepancy in English-speaking confidence, envisioning Usha English House as a hub to nurture global human resources through English conversation education, transcending mere linguistic proficiency.

Beyond his educational and entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Usha Ranjan actively engages in community involvement. He significantly contributes to the local business community as a member of the Hamamatsu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, remaining connected to his alma mater, Shizuoka University, as an after-school English conversation instructor. Moreover, he extends his commitment to education to public schools in Hamamatsu City, fostering cultural understanding among students.

Since 2017, Mr. Usha Ranjan has played an integral role in the Hamamatsu Industrial Association, strengthening bonds within the local business landscape.

MC Shutradhar

Chief Financial Officer

MC Sutradhar, born on 10th June 1969 in the vibrant district of Tangail, is a distinguished professional with an impressive academic background and extensive expertise in the corporate sector. With a passion for accounting and a drive for excellence, MC Sutradhar has made significant contributions to the finance and taxation landscape in Bangladesh.

MC Sutradhar pursued his Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) with a specialization in Accounting from the prestigious University of Dhaka in 1991. Building on his strong foundation, he earned his Master of Commerce degree in Accounting from the same institution in 1992. His academic achievements reflect his dedication to continuous learning and knowledge enhancement.

MC Sutradhar is a respected member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association since 2018, showcasing his expertise and commitment to the field of taxation. His active involvement in this professional body demonstrates his passion for staying abreast of the latest developments in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that he provides cutting-edge solutions to his clients.

Apart from his professional commitments, MC Sutradhar is a Life Member of the Lions Club, highlighting his dedication to community service and social welfare initiatives. His philanthropic endeavors reflect his compassionate nature and his belief in giving back to society.

MC Sutradhar currently serves as the General Manager at HawarIT Group, a prominent organization in the IT industry. His role as GM involves overseeing critical aspects of the company’s operations, including financial management, strategic planning, and business development. With his extensive background in accounting and finance, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and growth of the organization.

MC Sutradhar possesses a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong ethical foundation. Shifa Saleheen

He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geography and Environment from Jahangirnagar University and subsequently obtained a second Master’s in Applied Finance and Capital Market from Dhaka University. Additionally, he pursued Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. His academic prowess earned him prestigious accolades, including Entrance Scholarships and Excellent Academic Performance Awards, underscoring his dedication to scholarly pursuits. Furthermore, his role as a Research Assistant equipped him with invaluable insights into fieldwork and dissertation writing, shaping his analytical skills early in his career.

Stepping into the professional realm, Shifa’s trajectory has been nothing short of impressive. As Head of Business Analytics at Mir Group, he spearheaded the development and implementation of efficient business, financial, and operational systems, driving growth and profitability. Notably, his adept leadership led to the successful launch of two new concerns and the procurement of significant investment funds from banks, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes with finesse.

Prior to his role as Head of Business Analytics, Shifa held pivotal positions at Mir Group, including Manager of Finance and Accounting and Deputy Manager of Audit and Financial Control.
